All-inclusive rent with no hidden fees. Studios can accommodate two people without additional charges. Premium Studios and Deluxe Studios come with a refrigerator/freezer. Laundry costs: £2.90 for washing, £1.50 for drying. The apartment is located on the main bus route, a 5-minute walk to the train station and Queen’s University, and 10 minutes to the city center. It takes 20 minutes to reach Stranmillis University College and Ulster University’s Belfast Campus. Major shopping areas, bars, and other attractions in Belfast are all within a short walking distance.

At Botanic Studios, we have a total of 156 studio rooms across seven floors, offering four types of studios from Standard Studio to Deluxe Studio. Whether you're moving in alone or as a group, we can accommodate your needs. If you're living alone and need your own private space, we can help you find your ideal room. If you're part of a group and want to stay on the same floor while still having your own individual space, we can also help you find the best suitable rooms. Botanic Studios offers fully equipped and comprehensive facilities, including a communal lounge, movie room, games room, dining area, and an outdoor courtyard. Our apartment is situated on the main bus route, within a short walking distance to Belfast's main shopping district.

Botanic Studios is ideally located on Dublin Road. It's just a 5-minute walk to Queen's University, and a 20-minute walk to Stranmillis University College and Ulster University’s Belfast Campus.

Bus – Numerous bus routes connect you directly to Belfast city center, and we are located on a major bus route.

Train – Botanic Studios is close to the train station, providing convenient access to anywhere in Belfast and Northern Ireland. Students can register to enjoy a discount of two-thirds off the standard fare.

Airport – Belfast International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the city center. Belfast City Airport offers flights to various parts of the UK and Europe and is located just 10 minutes northeast of the city center.

Belfast Bikes – With 40 docking stations across the city center, this provides a low-cost and convenient way to travel.

The apartment has a maintenance team available at all times to repair any damaged items. Additionally, we have a professional property management team providing round-the-clock support to resolve any issues.
