Opening hours are from 5am-10pm so a variety of shifts available. \*Duties\* - Assist customers in selecting products and provide information on features and pricing - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Utilise basic maths skills for transactions - Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette \*Requirements\* - Proficiency in English; - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to upsell and drive sales - Organisational skills to maintain a tidy sales environment - Basic maths skills for processing transactions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour Benefits: * Company pension Education: * GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Experience: * Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
