As a Class 2 Driver at Cargo Express, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide secure and efficient transport solutions tailored to our customers' needs. **We are offering new recruits a £500.00 bonus which will be paid on completion of various shifts.** £100.00 for the first ten shifts and £50.00 for every five shifts thereafter. Nights out are paid at £26.00 tax free, as well as the Company paying for any secure parking. Duties: - Safely operate and drive to transport goods and materials to designated locations. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. - Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance of the truck. - Collaborate with dispatchers and logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules. - Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
