We are looking for Night carers to join our friendly team of hardworking and dedicated staff in our 23 bed residential care home. For this role we are looking for a 36 hour week contact or two 16 hour week contact Over time is available if wanted. A rolling 4 week rota is in operation. Some Bank holidays and weekend work is required. Paid hand over time for shift leaders. Paid breaks. Regular supervision meetings, team meetings and training provided. NVQ level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage but not essential. Experience of administering medication would also be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. And an understanding of Person Centered Care would be an advantage . Candidate will need to be a team player. All mandatory training will be provided , with optional additional training if requested.. DBS required as a condition of employment.
