**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring the store is well-organised and visually appealing. **Duties** * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs. * Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales through upselling techniques. * Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Process transactions accurately at the till, including cash handling and card payments. * Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves as needed. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. **Skills** * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Organisational skills to maintain stock levels and ensure the store remains visually appealing. * Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. * A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
