**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role requires effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude to meet the needs of our clients. **Duties** * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. * Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. * Drive to different locations as required for cleaning assignments. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. * Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. **Experience** * Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. * A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
