


**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintaining pneumatic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment and machinery. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring optimal operational efficiency and safety standards within our facility. **Responsibilities** * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. * Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues, utilising logic controllers and schematics for effective diagnosis. * Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks. * Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. * Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and overall efficiency. * Design and build components as necessary for repairs or modifications. * Install / commission semi automatic pneumatic filling lines and associated electrically powered labelling and conveying equipment. **Skills** * Strong pneumatic and mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and repair / maintain both systems. * Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair. * Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. * Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring positive interactions with colleagues and management. * Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for documentation and collaboration.
