**Job Summary** We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a positive dining experience. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. * Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. * Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, applying basic maths skills for billing. * Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment. * Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing help to enhance their experience. **Skills** * Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. * Previous bartending experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to mix drinks and create cocktails. * A passion for hospitality, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour towards guests. * Ability to work collaboratively within a restaurant team, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
