Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience through upselling and excellent guest services. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with our menu standards. * Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling products to enhance their experience. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. * Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to kitchen standards and safety protocols. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing help where necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow between the bar and kitchen. **Qualifications** * Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. * Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately. * Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. * A keen understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. * Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest services and hospitality. * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
