This role is pivotal in supporting the overall management of our care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care and maintain high standards of service for our residents. **Responsibilities** * Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the care home. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care delivery. * Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to residents' needs. * Monitor medication administration and ensure accurate record-keeping. * Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity and independence. * Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly. **Requirements** * Proven experience in a supervisory role within a care home or similar setting. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. * In-depth knowledge of dementia care practices and assisted living regulations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to develop comprehensive care plans based on individual assessments.
