**As a member of a fast-paced kitchen team your duties would include:** * General cooking \& preparation duties * Working in a busy kitchen * Presenting meals to company standards * Daily open \& closing of the kitchen * General cleaning of the kitchen * Ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times * The ideal candidate will be able to: * Work quickly \& efficiently under pressure * Work well on their own initiative and as part of a team * Always have an uncompromising attitude towards quality \& cleanliness * The Role involves working evenings, weekends, bank holidays and Christmas/New Year. * Must be hard-working, punctual and reliable. * Able to work as part of a team as well as individually. * Cleanliness standards and health \& safety standards must be maintained at all times.
