**Role summary:** To deliver windows and doors to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The drivers are wholly responsible for the safety \& integrity of their respective consignments, ensure error \& damage free products reach our discerning customer base. Our manufacturing facility is barcode controlled offering high accuracy, leading to high OTIF outcome, all warehouse \& delivery staff are expected to play an active role in this. **Key responsibilities** Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal and company legislative requirements at all times Complete daily checks ensuring defects are immediately reported and correct paperwork is completed in a timely manner and returned to planning. Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the factory, (This is an integral part of your role), you need to be physically fit. Manage effectively the manifest accuracy, ensuring loaded goods match the delivery paperwork / schedule. Manage your route to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved, your itinerary completion is paramount. Ensure the correct equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment) is in good order and used at all times Ensure all delivery and on road issues are reported to Dispatch immediately Deal with any customer issues in a polite, professional, but effective manner, as a representative of HWL Windows Group **Essential Criteria** Maximum of 3 points on license and no bans at any point.
