Duties: * Welcoming and greeting guests * Understanding daily specials * Understanding the ALC menu * Being able to explain food allergies when asked. * Taking food and drinks order * Serving food and drinks * Very attentive and friendly service * Making sure customers tables are clean during the visit * Being able to use the POS system * Taking payments Salary: Good rates of pay + tips.
