If you are ready to commit to a role where your reliability and drive will shine, this could be the perfect position for you. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities** Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a knack for building relationships? We are looking for a B2B Sales professional to join our team who is focused on selling consultancy services. * **Deliver a minimum of 30 outbound calls on a daily basis, including cold calling, phone calls, and emails.** * **Follow sales scripts daily and support in preparing sales proposals.** * **Record sales calls using your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to note down and manage sales activities** * **Effectively communicate with and sell to prospects by identifying business challenges and requirements.** * **Present to clients using MS Teams or face to face.** * **Identify key decision-makers, maintain relationships, and build trust on behalf of all stakeholders.** * **Continuously train and rehearse sales calls to perfect your approach** **Requirements:** * Strong passion for sales and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Target-driven to exceed sales goals. * Basic IT skills and able to learn the use of a CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn * Proactive and confident in reaching out to potential clients. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of safety compliance and management is a plus. **Benefits** At Pro Safety Management we value our customers and want to strive for the best service with the highest standard, but we also really value our employees too.
