The Waiter/Head Waiter will liaise directly with senior management, making sure guest's and employee's satisfaction is achieved. The FOH Management team will be in charge of managing and maintaining strategy, policies, procedures, guests, staff, and purveyors in attaining specified goals and sales growth.
