**Job Overview** We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when necessary. * Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. * Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours. **Skills** * Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. * Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. * Bartending experience is advantageous; familiarity with drink preparation techniques is preferred. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Experience in a restaurant setting is beneficial but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
