
**Invoice administrator / Job sheet Processer** Invoice Administrator / Job Processer Based at Alfa Sawston Cambridge Branch Salary would depend on experience / working hours. Ideally full-time but would consider part time. Ideal candidate would have * Excellent organisation skills. * Team Player (but capable of working on own initiative). * An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. * A keen eye for detail. * Knowledge of using 1 link would be ideal but full training will be given. **Invoice Administrator** 1-link invoicing Processing jobs, invoices and estimates via 1 link platform. * Upload invoices on 1-link * Process invoice and complete on WSM (Alfa Bespoke system) * Upload Estimates on 1 link Invoicing Processing invoices in line with customer procedures * Write up invoices as per job sheet * Check all paperwork is correct * Send invoices and relevant paperwork * Request order numbers * Update order numbers * Resolving invoice queries **Job Processer** Processing completed jobs to invoice. * Process job on WSM (Alfa Bespoke system) * Prioritise VOR jobs and escalate to the relevant department * Prioritise jobs that require further repairs or re-booking and escalate to the relevant department * Check all paperwork has been completed correctly and fully * Raise next service jobs * Process job to invoice * Check invoice details are as per SOR for the customer Job Type: Full-time Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
