Client Services Specialist Role: We are seeking a friendly, highly skilled client services associate to make our clients feel valued and supported. In this role, your duties include fostering positive client relations, managing enquiries, and promptly directing customer complaints to relevant departments. To be successful in client services, you should exhibit extensive experience in a similar role and demonstrate a client-oriented approach. A first-class client services representative builds positive business relationships and provides clients with individualised and professional support. You will work in the Client Services team but will also work very closely with our Payments Team. Your role will be vital in actively expanding our client base and your team’s work will directly impact the company’s retention of clients and its growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience. Managing client inquiries via phone, email, or online Directing client complaints or complex queries to senior team members in a timely manner. Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services by explaining clearly how our systems work and to enable them to self-serve. Escalating issues to senior team members or line manager to enable prompt resolution. Building positive client relations by following up on active queries and confirming resolutions have been implemented Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to all documented processes and controls Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps. Obtaining post-sales client feedback. Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services. Recommending product improvements based on client services feedback. Work closely with your team members and other departments to meet the needs of the client. System & Process Improvement: You will be using our systems and processes every day and hearing direct client feedback on our platform first-hand. We are always looking for ways to improve our systems to make a client’s journey more seamless and we will value your ideas on how to do the following: Make processes more efficient. Make processes easier for clients. Make the technology interface more user-friendly. Qualifications and Skills We work in an FCA regulated environment, so we need bright, high-quality individuals with: Honesty and integrity. Strong work ethic. Great communication skills. Attention to detail. Customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written skills. Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment. Personable and friendly manner. Great team player. Any experience in the following would also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role: Financial or economic background or education. Familiarity with CRM systems and Query Management tools. An understanding of wealth management and financial advisory business. The role: Within this role you will deliver professional client service by providing proactive issue management ensuring the resolution of all issues with clients on a timely basis, adhering to service level agreements and escalating to management, when needed. The Client Service Associate is responsible for client reporting including detailed MIS, and for prioritising queries and tasks according to volumes, complexity, sensitivity, and risk. Responsibilities will include: Being the point of contact between the client and the business. Work both independently and collaboratively to assist clients by responding to complex queries, which can be via phone, email, or other query means. Establish a relationship with clients to build trust and foster positive collaboration. Take accountability for issues worked on, in turn providing regular updates to both external and internal parties Identify trends in queries raised; work with the client to educate or liaise with internal teams to close gaps. Escalate risk issues promptly to managers. Collaborate with the team and/or manager to conduct root-cause analysis and implement remediation fixes. Work alongside other teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Requirements Excellent communicator, who is able to maintain a professional manner. Good concentration and organisational skills. Previous experience within a Customer Service role in a similar field desired. Experience of working in or with an operations team in the finance/proxy fields would be beneficial. Excellent problem solver with the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities As a Marketplace Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our platform. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the accurate and timely display of event listings. You will also monitor marketplace performance, analyse data to identify improvements, and work closely with the wider team to ensure our platform meets the needs of both customers and partners. Your role will involve: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely manner Manage pricing within the product both dynamically and manually Work with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficiently Solutionise and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency Build and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively towards common goals Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all marketplace operations are standardised and streamlined Identify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop and implement strategies to address them Be adaptable and able to work to last minute deadlines alongside strategic planning Communicate effectively with team members, partners and stakeholders across the business Have a passion for process improvement and streamlining Requirements Skills & Experience While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the richness of diverse experiences.
