Job Title: Network Engineer Level 3 Location: London, UK Duration: 6-month contract (Inside IR35) Working Mode: Hybrid Job Description: This position is responsible for supporting the design, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of network hardware, systems, and software; including preparing any documentation for future reference and ensuring communication regarding network security and other issues is provided timely. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification in routing and switching, Service Provider or higher, or equivalent knowledge and experience. • 5+ years’ experience required, preferably in a Financial service environment. • Ability to design, deploy, and maintain MPLS, VPN and VRF network cores. • Ability to design, deploy, and maintain QoS across customer’s network. • Experience with Cisco is mandatory; experience with Juniper and Palo Alto, preferred. • High level of understanding of OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
