**A little bit about the role** ------------------------------- It is the care, understanding and empathy of our care team, that make all the difference to our residents' day to day life. We are looking to recruit care assistants to join our team and help us enhance the quality of life for our residents' giving them a home from home environment and creating a second family for our elderly clients. Experience is a plus but not essential. If you are a warm, compassionate, caring individual, we will support your introduction into care. Whether you are a novice or can offer a wealth of experience to the role, we are happy to welcome you to the Moundsley family and enhance your skills no matter the level of entry.
