In addition, we won ‘Best Creative Service Provider‘ at Develop 2022 and were nominated in 2023 & 2024.\r\nThe Role – Compliance Analyst\r\nThe successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, full execution and reporting on compliance checks for multiple gaming platforms. Requirements
Work as part of the quality control team to organise and inspect inbound bulk shipments across Clothing and Footwear. Ensuring deliveries meet the standard set out by the tech team both technically and aesthetically in line with the approved shipment sample:
Measure and inspect garments against shipment sample.
Update Excel workbook and keep a detailed record of defects and faults. Including photos, measurements and comments.
Liaise with technical team regarding rejections.
Must be commercially aware of timelines and the requirement to resolve issues ASAP when stock is on hold.
Ensure shipment tracker/performance tracker, critical path and all ARNE spread sheets are kept up to date.
Issue non-conformance reports to suppliers in a timely manner and provide a clear outcome.
Support QC team leader to manage QC quarantine stock and follow up.
Liaise with tech team with any issues, prioritise workloads, delegate tasks to the rest of the QC team & general duties.
Ensure the shift pattern rota is kept up to date including holidays/time off & sickness etc.
Chase up Internal QC reports and outstanding Non-Conformance reports

Role Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that part components and vehicles meet all quality and safety standards before they reach the customer. This role involves detailed inspections, identifying defects, and reporting findings to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of Part components and/or vehicles to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Document and report findings accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Quality inspection or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or technical training in Quality inspection, ideally within the automotive, engineering or manufacturing industries (preferred).

We are currently seeking an Quality Inspection Technician to join a well-established, leading manufacturing business based in Gloucester.
The Quality Inspection Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing goods in a manufacturing setting. From meticulous inspections of materials and finished products to collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers, the role involves maintaining compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Conduct meticulous inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform detailed examinations during outbound processes to verify adherence to quality requirements and packaging standards.
Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and address quality issues in real-time, ensuring timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report any non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and actively participate in implementing corrective actions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques.
Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in inspection and documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

What would you do at work?
Your job is to make sure games and applications give the best user experience by being bug free.
To do this you will learn how to follow the Universally Speaking QA process and professional standards which we have optimised over the years to be the best in the industry.
You’ll use a variety of industry standard bug databases to write detailed bug reports that get you noticed as someone who is trusted and cares about making games better.
Reporting issues is where it starts but you’ll also have ownership to ensure that bugs have been fixed and implemented correctly.
You’ll become the QA Expert across a broad range of Indie to AAA projects and given areas of specialisation
You’ll own, manage, create, and regularly execute test cases throughout the project life cycle. This includes document testing practises, QA process & reporting method.
You’ll actively participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure QA effectively tests and supports all features of the project.
You’ll be one step ahead in looking at ways to make improvements, take ownership for additional activities and create efficiencies in the way you work.
