Located along the banks of the River Thames, the development consists of 2800 luxury apartments with onsite amenities including an opulent spa and gym. **Key Responsibilities and Requirements:** As an Estate Operative at Rendall \& Rittner, you will: Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team. * * You'll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. **(Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).** * Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. * Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development. * Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
