On the Foundation Lead they need to be able to code, they need to have solid banking knowledge (i.e. understand terminology of corporate banking) and they need to have experience of data sourcing, solving data integrity issues and ideally comfortable with calculations Join us as a Foundational Lead in Strategic Delivery Joining us in this intellectually challenging role, you'll lead the design and development of the data management strategy to support delivery of change and transformation projects for Commercial and Institutional (C&I) balance sheet management You'll be responsible for defining other foundational components for C&I belance management change and transformation activities, including economic calculation and modelling This is an opportunity for you to join a collaborative team, where you'll be liaising with different areas of the business to broaden your network and raise your profile in the bank What you'll do You'll play a key role in driving forward the strategic agenda for balance sheet management in C&l. You'll provide subject matter expertise to C&l balance sheet management Investment programme, along with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues. We'll look to you to build out a stakeholder network to support delivery of key outputs in line with agreed timelines Well also look to you to Deliver kay balance sheet management strategic Investment priorities Create and maintain internal governance for C&l balance sheet management tooling and processes Design and embed a control environment for foundational components across C&l balance sheet management Deliver project outcomes and services relating to foundational components for key C&I balance sheet management change and transformation projects Land the accuracy and reliability of data acres C&l balance sheet management tools and processe The skills you will need To be successful in the role, you'll need experience working with data across many aspects of the bank, alongside excellent attention to detail. You'll have a strong understanding of C&I balance sheet management printies. Ideally you'll also have sndustry experience in a regulatory and commercial environment. With a background of working in teams engaged in relationship management or portfolio management activities, you'll also have the ability to multi task across several key deliverables and demonstrate a forward planning proactive approach to work.
