Argent FM is an Essex based Facilities Management company that service a portfolio of both commercial and residential clients. Our customers are currently based across London, Greater London, Essex, Home Counties, Surrey and Brighton. We are in an exciting period of exponential growth, especially on our commercial side of the business and are now seeking qualified, dedicated Electrician to join our team. The role will predominantly involve working by yourself but there are opportunities to work with the wider team attending multiple smaller jobs or larger complex works each day. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, trade cards and have overtime available upon approval. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. **Duties** * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. * Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. * Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. **Requirements** * Proven experience as an Electrician, level 3. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols. * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. * Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred but not essential.
