




Job Role: Support Engineers Duration: 6+ Months contract with Inside IR35 Location: London, UK Working Mode: Onsite Job Description • Support engineers (including floor walking) Engineer with Win11 Complex Business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research & Banking)- Azure VDI- Trader VDI • Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals, Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra) • Display setting using dell display manager • Fixing Citrix related issues • Fixing Bloomberg issues. L1 issues only • Fixing hardware issues • Fixing Team outlook issues • Fixing adding issues with excel. L1 issues only • Helping them regarding the telephony issues. L1 issues only • Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365 • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as: • Bloomberg, Bloomberg add-ins for Office
