Key Responsibilities: Implement and promote a high standard of care and education. Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet individual children's needs. Observe and assess children's development and progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Maintain records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Requirements Qualifications and Skills Required: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting. Understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Current DBS check and pediatric first aid certification preferred.
