You'll ensure top-notch service, answer client queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits. Accurate documentation and log-keeping are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect and repair commercial plumbing and drainage installations. * Provide excellent service and communication to clients. * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. **Requirements:** * Qualifications: C\&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma. * Experience: Maintenance / Facilities Management background preferred. * Skills: Knowledge of Health \& Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
