Role Overview We are seeking a Field Service Technician ideally with a data cabling background and a willingness to learn new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess logical and practical thinking skills and may have experience in systems or mechanical work (e.g. electrical installations, HVAC Repair etc.). This role requires working with Data network cabling, GSM auto diallers and lift alarm systems, ensuring proper installation, signal strength, and emergency call reliability.   Requirements Key Responsibilities     Review, confirm, and install the necessary cabling for GSM and autodialer system integration.  Diagnose and resolve network dropouts, interference, and connectivity issues.  Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and PSTN communication protocols.  Conduct site surveys and optimise antenna placement for better signal reception.
