We are now looking for a passionate and experienced food and beverage assistant to join our vibrant team on a full time, permanent contract supporting the service in the main restaurant. Typical duties will include: * Greeting and seating guests. * Taking food and drink orders. * Serving food and drinks. * Preparation for a successful service. * Ensuring cleanliness of the F\&B areas. * Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods. * Being able to assist members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements. We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience: * A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience. * Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress ideally gained in a similar environment. * An interest, and appreciation of fine food \& wine * Confident communicator -- important to liaise with your guests and your other team member **What's in it for you?** As well as a competitive salary, you will also enjoy a whole host of benefits that we have to offer.
