***We are seeking an experienced Responsible Individual for a home accommodating up to 3 young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.*** The ideal candidate for the Responsible Individual position will have held a managerial position within a children's home and be committed to providing the best quality of care to children and young people. The home will have senior support workers to help with admin and to lead shifts, as well as waking nights.
