Our Gloucester store, which opened its doors in 2024, is a vibrant and dynamic space spread across two levels, packed with top-quality motorcycle gear. As one of the UK's leading motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories retailers, we operate 16 retail stores alongside a comprehensive online shop. If you're ready to bring your passion for motorcycles and customer service to a role that's both rewarding and exciting, we'd love to hear from you! ### **What you'll be doing:** In this dynamic sales role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, specialist retail environment. We're looking for someone confident, proactive, and possesses excellent selling skills. You'll need to build strong relationships with our customers, helping them find the perfect products while meeting individual and team sales targets. As a senior member of the team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales staff. Your focus will be on ensuring that customers remain at the heart of everything we do. Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is essential for this position. ### **What we are looking for:** We're looking for someone who is passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy retail environment. While a motorcycle license isn't required, it's a big plus! Previous experience in customer service is essential, and experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal. Don't worry if you're not an expert on our products yet---we'll provide comprehensive training on our inventory.
