




**Hours of work / Details :** Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm Immediate start Permanent position Driving licence required due to the location. **Responsibilities:** Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedules React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning Ensuring the team are following the H\&S regulations Support the delivery of training to the soft services team Assist the Account Manager in delivering a fully compliant operation With the Account Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals Dealing with stock management - and ordering Ensure we have holiday cover in place **Requirements:** Customer service focused Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management Good command of English language, both written and oral
