Key Responsibilities: Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's development. Engage children in fun and educational activities, promoting their physical, social, and emotional growth. Build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. Monitor and document children's progress and milestones. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere. Requirements Experience working with young children is preferred. A genuine interest in child development and early years education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare. Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education are advantageous. Current DBS check or willingness to obtain one. First Aid and safeguarding training are a plus, but can be provided.
