**About the role:** An Advisor role within our People Lifecycle team provides the opportunity to support our employees from joining PwC all the way through their careers with us. You will support employees with queries, guide our Career and Talent Coaches through complex people related matters, deliver people related projects, work to continuously improve our policies and processes through the use of technology and help our business make strategic decisions informed by high quality data insights. **What your day will look like:** * Manage a portfolio of cases which may include Health \& Wellbeing, Performance Management, Death in Service, Exam Dismissals and Appeals. * Provide support and guidance to Career and Talent Coaches, employees and colleagues across the People Function on people related matters * Reporting on and analysing people data to provide insights and data points to support decision making across the business.
