Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations - Train new employees on company policies and procedures - Maintain high standards of health and safety - Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Assist with workshop duties, including fitting if/when required. Requirements: - Previous experience in a managerial role desired but not essential - Knowledge of agricultural and truck tyres essential - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn - Some motor trade experience desired - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The hours will be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm Saturday, 1 in 4 saturdays off Wage negotiable depending on experience Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
