**Job Overview** We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms. Your expertise in social media management and public relations will be crucial in developing strategies that resonate with our audience and foster community engagement. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. * Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. * Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, responding promptly to enhance customer relations. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. * Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management and public relations. * Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns that leverage social media for maximum impact. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. * Familiarity with various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
