**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Duties** * Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. * Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised regularly. * Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. * Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. * Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. **Experience** * Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. * Ability to communicate clearly in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members. * A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. * Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
