An exciting opportunity to run the kitchen with great potential for a family - run business in Lyme Regis. The Mariner's Hotel consists of 15 bedrooms. We currently serve breakfast 8:00am - 10:30am and dinner 5 days week 6:00pm-8:30pm to our guests, as well as non- residents.
