This is not where the event is happening but rather where the attendees meets up and then moves to the event location 10 minutes after the start time. This event is happening in a lovely outdoors spot in the **Richmond, in** **South West London area**.(exact location will disclosed on the day to attendees who show up).\n* The host is identifiable by wearing a **pink or orange Connected Exclusive Events lanyard and ID card. All attendees will get the host's contact number by email (this will also include any last minute relevant information needed to attend the event) the day before the event, after RSVPs close**. This means for attendees that cannot find the group, are running late they can contact the host by phone 10 minutes before and after the start time of the event. The mobile phone will be switched off after 10:10am after the event starts and the group moves towards the venue.
