Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Wrap Around Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years care and early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage childcare activities effectively. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in an after school club and holiday activity camp setting - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play - Develop and implement engaging, stimulating and educational activities to support children's development - Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals - Manage daily operations of the after school club and activity camp, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting - Drive the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Skills: The successful candidate should possess the following skills: - Experience working with children in an early years setting - Strong leadership abilities to guide and support playworker staff - Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively - A passion for childcare and promoting the well-being of children - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care Corby Sport Dimensions Limited trading as Athena Activities are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
