**Job Summary** As a member of our Bar Team, you'll create a warm, welcoming experience for hotel guests, golf club members, and event attendees. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a premium environment. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing laws, including COSHH policies. * Engage with customers by taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. * Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including polishing equipment, glassware, and surfaces. * Accurately handle cash and card transactions using basic maths skills. * Monitor and assist in maintaining stock levels and restocking supplies as needed. * Deliver exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Work effectively under pressure and manage time well during busy periods. * Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Possess a solid understanding of drink knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. * Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is required. * A good understanding of hospitality principles and commitment to service excellence. **Experience** * Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is required * A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is crucial. * Knowledge of food and drinks safety practices is advantageous. * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
