We are currently seeking experienced Construction Cleaning Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in construction sites and ensuring that all areas are left clean and safe for use. We operate in the east and west of Scotland. Responsibilities: * Carry out a range of cleaning tasks in construction sites, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces and equipment * Remove and dispose of construction debris, such as scrap materials and packaging, in accordance with health and safety regulations * Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces * Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard * Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner * Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations * Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or damages to the supervisor * Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks Requirements: * Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate. * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods * Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently * Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career advancement within the company.
