Accommodation Types
Chalmers Street offers three accommodation types: En-suite, Non-En-suite and Studio. Non-En-suite rooms have shared bathrooms and shared kitchen. Ensuite rooms provide students with their own bedroom and private bathroom, while the kitchen and living room are shared with flatmates. These two options suit sociable, outgoing students who enjoy sharing and socialising. Studio rooms include a private bedroom, private bathroom and a personal kitchen—offering greater privacy, making them better suited for students who prefer living alone and value quiet.
Rent includes all utilities, e.g., high-speed WiFi, water, electricity and heating.
Additionally, the residence is fully equipped with amenities including a spacious and comfortable games room, shared laundry facilities, and quiet study areas—meeting all students’ fundamental needs.

Note:
For the 2025/26 academic year, construction work—including external façade renovation—is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. During working hours, noise disturbance may occur and room lighting may occasionally dim.
