Bun \& Scoop is looking to add a FOH supervisor to it's team. We are a Bistro/Gelato shop, centrally located in Edinburgh and currently open 7 days a week from 9am offering a breakfast menu followed by an all day menu alongside an array of cakes and home made gelato We are looking to add a supervisor with the correct experience to the team. You will be responsible for: * Making and serving drinks such as coffees * Greeting and serving clients * Maintaining the cleanliness of the floor * Serving food as required * Overseeing and directing other FOH members * Liaising with management to ensure a everything is running optimally The correct candidate should have: * Experience * Good communication skills * Punctuality \& Hygienic * Teamwork Overall you will receive your wage alongside a share of the tips and a healthy working environment.
