**Job Summary** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for implementing engaging educational activities that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of children effectively. **Duties** * Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that cater to the individual needs of each child. * Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. * Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care and education within the nursery setting. * Maintain accurate records of children's development and activities. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years standards. * Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns. **Experience** * A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential. * Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. * Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment. * A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
