Azurablu are looking for an enthusiastic Working **Supervisor (Cleaning)** to join the team at our client based in F**ort Kinnard**to assist in maintaining a high standard of work. **A day in the life of a Cleaning Supervisor at Azurablu ...** You will be the face of Azurablu, representing the brand by taking responsibility for ensuring high standards of cleaning are delivered and maintained at all times. You will coach and motivate your cleaning team to success. **Day-to-Day Duties:** * **Areas of Responsibility: **Typical areas include the office rooms, staff areas such as canteens and showroom floor areas, however due to nature of the role your area of remit will be across the full site. * **Supervisor Duties:** You would be responsibility for the management of x5 Cleaning Operatives, providing training and on the job coaching, performing checks on site, order and managing stock levels, and providing reports back to the management team * **Cleaning Duties: **Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, cleaning and replenishing toilets, sweeping and mopping floors, use of machinery to clean floors (training will be provided), dusting and detail work and any other cleaning duties as required. **Position Details:** * Working schedule include **Monday to Friday**and Sunday( timings to be confirmed ) * **21 hours** per week - **Permanent** contract of employment * **£12.50 to £12.75 per hour** depending **on**experience * Overtime is available throughout the business * The location of the site is based within Fort Kinnard EH15 area , B**enfits :** * Full uniform will be provided -- be part of the Azurablu team! * Reward and Recognition Programme -- monthly discounts and awards * Career growth opportunities **Ideal candidate** * Cleaning experience is essential - minimum x3 year * Supervisor/Team Leader experience is essential - minimum x2 year in a similar role * Presentable and able to represent the Company to highest standard * Able to work well alone and as part of a team * Enthusiastic, good use of initiative and attention to detail * Customer facing skills -- a simple smile goes a long way * Someone who takes pride in their work **Why Azurablu Azurablu are a leading player within the Cleaning \& Facilities Management Industry covering predominantly the Central Belt of Scotland with a large presence in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayrshire.
