Studio rooms include a private bedroom, private bathroom, and a private kitchen, offering greater personal space—ideal for students who prefer living independently and value quiet.

Note:

For the 2025/26 academic year, construction work—including external façade renovations—is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During working hours, noise disturbances may be heard, and light levels in some rooms may temporarily decrease.
