We make 2 teams of 11(as evenly as possible skills wise) and play two 45 minute halves with a break in the middle.\n\n**GAME RULES:**\n\n1\\. Rotate keeper every 10 minutes\\. Everyone must go in\n\n2\\. No slide tackles\\. 1 warning only\\. This is due to it being casual and varied in skill level\\.\n\n3\\. Be inclusive\\. Pass to everyone and be positive\\. Anyone who says anything rude to another player will be warned once and then asked to leave\\.\n\nWe recommend you wear plastic studs(metal are not allowed) or AstroTurf boots. Shin pads are optional but most people don't wear them.
