This is one stop from Stratford on the Mildmay Line. I thought we'd meet there instead of Stratford, as Hackney Wick is a quaint little place.\n\nThe route follows the **Thames Path**, going through **Victoria Park**, the waterways of the **Regent’s Canal**, the **Limehouse Basin,** and the lovely **Wapping,** before finishing near the historic **Tower of London**.\n\nWe'll stop for a coffee along the way, and finish in the (optional) Wetherspoon pub for some well deserved food and/or drink. I am aiming to arrive at the pub for about 3.30pm.\n\nI ask for a nominal contribution of £2 to help cover Meetup organiser fees, or you are able to pay £4 to cover the whole of January if you prefer.
