**About Us** Principle Support is a fast expanding organisation with it's head office in Sheffield, working across both Sheffield \& Rotherham, offering supported living and respite services to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues. Our reputation is built upon set values, passion, and commitment to enabling adults with learning disabilities to achieve active and fulfilling lives. **About The Role** We are currently recruiting for Support Workers with or without specific experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and / or autism. We have positions available within our supported living services, respite, and in the community on a full time shift basis working predominantly within the Sheffield or Rotherham area. Therefore, driving would be advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will be required to participate in a rotational shift pattern, which does include weekends (on a shared rota) and may include sleep ins or waking nights. Please note also that this role does involve personal care for both males and females. You must have a positive and proactive attitude, be an excellent communicator, accurate record keeper, and be adaptable to the changing needs of the service users that you will be supporting. Principle Support are committed to the safeguarding of our vulnerable service users and as such have a rigorous and stringent recruitment process in place. You MUST be able to provide a full work / education history and be able to supply a minimum of two satisfactory references.
